| I Justin R Barbera stand as the voice for the voiceless in this congressional election in NJCD3. I will be the only candidate that is PRO-LIFE for district 3. I will vote to defund planned parenthood. It is important that America protects life once formed in the womb. During inception; the sperm enters the egg, during which an unexplainable energy halos the fertilized union. Im that instant our God gives us our soul and heartbeat. That creation of life is known as a genome. We must protect that creation of life so our Nation can sustain its infrastructure without relying on immigrants. Since the nuclear family has been under assault with progressive norms our population has taken a downturn from the baby boomer generation. We must support two parent households and proLIFE positions to effectively grow our nation from within and sustain our economy into the future. I support the Supreme Courts decision to overturn Roe V Wade. It�s in our best interest to protect life. Never should a woman have the right or power to end another�s life, not matter the reason. The innocent need to be protected at all cost. In cases of rape and incest we need to federally support the victims thru psychiatric, physical and financial means until they are healed. In no way doest that justify murder of the innocent. We need to support the babies born thru these crimes and protect them allowing stable families the opportunity to adopt these beautiful young patriots with additional support for our country. | We need to stand with our elderly and our vulnerable. Social Security is that way we do that, and needs to be protected and supported thru NEW legislation I am willing to create. We need to charge these companies that choose to use automation instead of American workers for the loss of wages that are paid into Social Security for the life of the machine or software. A lot of times these are foreign companies that don�t care that Americans are being displaced from the workforce and social security is not being paid. Recently ILA dockworkers union is making news. This ILA has been decimated due to automation and this trend will continue. America needs to be ahead of the curve and with more and more automation this legislation will become more and more powerful to ensure our Americans are being supported, form foreign companies buying our land taking these American jobs and wages by using machines that would Normally be paid into our social security system by American workers. I support a decrease in Income tax for the middle class and abolish it altogether for the lower class. The upper class can afford to pay more as they enjoy the freedoms of our society. As a business owner for 16 years I understand that income tax can be avoided if a company chooses to reinvest into itself and essentially grow the business creapnew revenue streams. Now in America we are more decided than United, especially when it comes to income tax. Currency there are more than a handful of states that pay zero income tax. We need to come together since we call this great nation The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 🇺🇸 I�m not familiar with a wealth tax, it doest sound right to me. I support a tax on technology and innovation that leaves this country and is bought abroad. Since America is the leader in global innovation we need to capitalize on our strengths and make sure that additional income flows into our social security system and public programs. | |||

Too many times corporations and corruption politicians crest legislation to support their big business donors and neglect the American people for which they are chosen to represent. Furthermore, I support a ban on PAC money contributions making crowd funding the only option for a candidate. We need the people standing behind and funding their candidates not GLOBAL CORPORATIONS. | Currently our Chronic Disease spending is 5X higher than our defense expenditure. I will put in place a ban on food products that other countries ban because they are harmful to the people. I will remove GMO and other chemicals form the store shelves and our cafeterias, making farm to table a mandatory requirement in our institutions. I plan to limit the number of fast food options on our corners and substitute them for health fast food options. We need to return to our roots and eat better to live longer. Currently we have the lowest mortality rate in ALL civilized countries. I support our Military and will fund it accordingly to keep AMERICA as the world leader. | |||

Far too many countries have purchased our farm lands and shut our crops off or turned them into toxic seed farms that continue to kill our people. Furthermore, I will ban large corporations American/Foreign from buying all our the housing available in an area and price setting the market making it impossible for first time homebuyers. I will support initiatives that pay for nuclear families housing down payments, and renter security deposits. Also, i support incentives to growing families in the way of tax rebates. | |||

| I support higher learning, however, I will write legislation into place not allowing colleges to charge exorbitant tuitions, far exceeding their expenses. Our nation looks to higher learning as the pinnacle in developmental growth and should view that as a charity towards a better America instead of as a payday at the expense of our young and venerable adults. Furthermore, I will defund degrees that prove pointless to your youth, fostering careers that America demands for our growing society. Pushing our youth into positions of value and opportunity once they graduate. Technology/Trades/Medical/Education are the paths for our young Americans that need to be filled. | |||

| I SUPPORT 💯 voter ID and i support in person voting. These are common sense measures to ensure our country is safe for foreign/domestic attacks to our voice in who we elect!!! Only allowing mail in ballots for the disabled. I support a federal initiative to get voters to the polls. Free transportation to all riders. Moreover, specific transit routes by federal/state agencies. I support armed guards on our ballots from when they are filled out until they are tallied. We need to protect our ballots more than we protect our money because it is our FREEDOM | |||

Elon Musk mentioned we could power our nation with a 100 mile by 100 mile solar farm. I will create a bill that will begin that project. We need protection from a EMP electro magnetic pulse. That is the greatest threat we face in America. I will further seek to have ALL dams in America replaced to new flood highs and rebuild them making energy generators mandatory. | |||

Currently we pay 10x on prescriptions and hospital visits. 90% of all American bankruptcies are because of medical billing.
